Sorrow turns to hope

Sow the seeds of hope and provide children in need with a better future. Such a gesture is often in the spirit of the deceased person. Ask the mourners to make a donation to the Pestalozzi Children's Village, instead of flowers and wreaths. We will be pleased to answer your questions and advise you.

• Please indicate in the obituary notice that you prefer donations to the Children's Village, instead of flowers and wreaths. Please also indicate the account number of our special occasion account together with a clear key word, such as the name of the deceased, for the purpose of the transfer. We need this information to clearly assign your transfer. 

 

• Please send us (either by phone or by e-mail) the name and address of the deceased, the date of the funeral service, the chosen key word and the address for messages of condolence to be sent to, or simply send us a copy of the obituary notice. 

 

• Four to six weeks later, you will receive a list of the persons who have made a donation to us. 

 

• Benefactors whose address is known to us will receive a thank-you-letter and possibly a donation receipt. According to the regulations of the tax office, we are not entitled to issue donation receipts to relatives of the deceased. For third party transfers, receipts are only issued to the person making the transfer.
