Costs

PCF is in charge of:

• Support in organising travel to and from Switzerland
• Accommodation and meals
• Financial coverage of all expenses within Switzerland, ca. 35,000.– EUR per camp
• High quality courses on selected topics
• Intercultural exchange with another youth group
• Support in organising leisure activities

The partner organisation is in charge of:

• Selection and preparation of children and youth
• Information of parents, schools, etc.
• Financial coverage of all travel expenses such as visa, insurance, bus travel costs
• Safe travel to and from Switzerland
• Supervision of children and youth during the journey and during the entire time at camp
• Organising and implementing leisure activities and excursions
• Implementation of follow-up activities

Joint responsibilities 

• Definition of camp objectives
• Coordination during all parts of the projects
