The contents of these pages were selected with great care and they are regularly updated. However, the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation declines any liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-date status of the contents. The Foundation reserves the right to modify the contents of this website anytime and without prior notice.

Our site includes links to external websites of third parties beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for this external information. The liability for contents of linked websites lies solely with their respective owners or operators. The information provided on linked websites does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation. All linked websites have been checked for possible infringements of law at the time of linkage. At the time of linkage no illegal contents have been identified. However, a permanent control of all linked websites, without specific clues pointing to legal violations, cannot reasonably be expected. Data protection

If you want to receive our E-newsletter or make a donation, you agree to transmit personal data by filling out Internet address forms. The Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation complies with the Swiss data protection legislation. The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation does at no time and for no purpose sell, rent or otherwise make available any personal data to any third parties. As a matter of principle, the Pestalozzi Children's Foundation does not forward any data to external persons or organisations. We reserve the right to use address information in future donation campaigns. Your telephone numbers might be used in case of imprecise goods orders or delivery delays. If you are generally interested in the work of the Pestalozzi Children's Foundation or want to make a financial contribution, we will inform you regularly about current issues (per post) unless you expressively wish otherwise. We object explicitly to the utilization of transmitted contact data by third parties sending unsolicited advertisement and other information material. The Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation expressively reserves the right to legal action in case of the unsolicited sending of advertising material, e.g. by spam mails etc.

To identify trends and improve the quality of our online services, a few non-personal items of usage data, such as your IP address, the website you last visited, which browser you are using, date and time, etc., are recorded ("Google Analytics"). The data is anonymized.
