The third, but not the last visit
Marianne Nitsche was twice in an exchange project in the Pestalozzi Children's Village as a child. Today she is a teacher and is in Trogen with her class for a theme project week.
More success for minorities
Yong Lee belongs to an ethnic minority in Laos. Also, she is extremely proficient in Lao, the country’s official language. Her inspiring story highlights how our education project can improve the prospects for minorities in Laos.
Promoting Safe schools
In autumn we started a new project in North Macedonia. Together with our partner organisation "Coalition of youth organisations SEGA", we are working to prevent violence in primary and secondary schools.

What should Europe look like in the future?
At the European Youth Forum Trogen (EYFT), 100 young people from ten different countries have an unforgettable experience together in the Pestalozzi Children's Village: for a good week they deal intensively with the topic "Future Of Europe".
When the school building becomes a ballroom
Due to the severe weather warnings, the Charity Tavolata took place this time in the school building in the Pestalozzi Children's Village. Despite the rain, the mood was high and the guests enjoyed fantastic vegetarian dishes made from surplus groceries.
Colorful activities for peace
At this year's summer camp "Rebels for Peace", which was dedicated to peace, 129 young people from 7 countries exchanged views on the subject of peace in five different workshops.
Peace, Rain and Facetime
For once, Trogen didn't show its sunny side this August. However, the Summer Camp Colors of Peace did not fall through. The camp was an example that intercultural exchange is essential and can build a community.
Soft ice, sun, summer party
The crowning glory of the summer holidays: The summer festival in the Pestalozzi Children's Village awaited with games, fun, sunshine and soft ice for young and old and showed that the children's village is a place of encounter, inclusion and joy.
