Three types of consideration
You have the choice
You have three options for including an organization in your will.
You bequeath a fixed amount, a definite value (a specific account with securities or cash) or an object of value (house, land, art object and others) to an organization.
2. As co-heiress
You determine a percentage of inheritance with which an organization is considered. This share begins after the heirs entitled to a compulsory portion have been taken into account.
3. As sole heir
If you have no heirs entitled to a compulsory portion, you can appoint an organization as the sole heir.
