In this workshop, participants learn how democratic principles can be brought to life in the everyday life of institutions and teams. It shows how to take responsibility for oneself and for the community and how joint decision-making processes create sustainable value - using practical methods from everyday life in the Children's Village.

This workshop raises awareness of diversity and inclusion: participants reflect on how prejudices arise and how to deal with differences in an appreciative manner. Specific situations are used to show how teams with different backgrounds can work together successfully and respectfully.

This workshop teaches how to critically assess media content and recognise false information. Participants practise scrutinising the quality of information and intentions of digital content in order to make informed decisions - an important skill in today's world.
