What does it mean to live with dignity and freedom? Which rights are particularly important for children and young people? To mark Human Rights Day 2026, the mobile radio unit will be visiting your school, giving young people the opportunity to confidently share their thoughts, questions and concerns on air.
Human rights concern us all – and they begin in our everyday lives. To mark Human Rights Day on 10 December 2026, school classes will produce their own radio programme or podcast, exploring human rights, freedom, equality and living together respectfully.
In doing so, the pupils learn to ask questions, research information, conduct interviews and express their own opinions. They discover that human rights are not just a topic for politics and history, but directly affect our daily lives. And they experience first-hand that their own voice matters.
Programme
A one-day Radiomobil session at your school. Pupils explore selected human rights topics, carry out research, conduct interviews and work together to produce a professional radio programme or podcast.
